Unit

Also called entity. Object under consideration (material or immaterial) that can be individually described. A unit can also be divided into smaller units or combined with other units into a larger unit. Examples are: Activity, process, product, organization, person or system. Upper limiting deviation

Highest value minus the reference value. (On the basis of DIN 55350-12)

Uptime

Time period during which a unit is in a condition to run. See Downtime.
