Yellow Belt

Project leader for simple Six Sigma improvement projects. With the help of these smaller projects, which are reduced to a minimum, these employees are to be integrated into the Six Sigma philosophy and given applicable tools. With the help of these tools, they can deal in a structured and systematic manner with the problems and challenges that arise on a daily basis. The project results that are developed are handed over to the process owners.

 

Yield

Yield is the number of parts from production that are rated as free of nonconformities in the final inspection. This does not take into consideration whether or not nonconforming products were already reworked during production.
